Oak Point HVAC is seeking a motivated and organized Office Clerk to help support our growing HVAC company. This position plays an important role in helping us provide excellent customer service and maintain efficient day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, computer knowledge, and a positive, goal-oriented mindset who enjoys working with customers and being part of a team-focused environment.

Applicants must live within a 15-mile radius of Oak Point, TX.
Position Details
Full-time position
Starting pay: $20 per hour depending on experience
this is not a remote position.
Potential for overtime opportunities

Responsibilities Include

Answer incoming phone calls professionally
Schedule appointments and service calls
Assist customers with general questions
Manage customer information and office records
Support daily office operations
Communicate with technicians and customers efficiently
Maintain organized workflows and follow-up processes
