The service and communication with Oak Point Heating and Air LLC is exceptional. They are very professional and communicative which was essential especially during a time when we were seeking urgent service after hours. Stacy who answered the phone was very attentive and understanding of our situation. Technician Eric came out to help us out and he was very respectable and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and provided us with good information on what was going on with our HVAC system. We definitely will be utilizing the team for regular maintenance as well. Many thanks again!

I had them come and look at the mini split they installed. Two visits to make sure it worked and a Freon recharge and it is fine. I appreciate their timeliness and thoroughness. They were a great choice to install the mini split as well. Great small business

We’re so grateful we called Oak Point Heating & Air! We had them come out for a second opinion after another company told us we needed to replace our air conditioner. Oak Point Heating & Air was thorough, honest, and tested everything carefully. They explained everything and the good news, we do not need to replace the unit! It’s rare to find such integrity and honesty, we highly recommend them!

We love the friendly service we receive from Oak Point Heating and Air! It is so easy to schedule our maintenance and they arrive promptly. Our questions are answered and we are treated like a member of the family!
Eric did a complete analysis of my AC/ Heating needs to replace my16 old unit. Gave me his recommendations to address the a problem with cooling off all rooms evenly that my old unit couldn't do. They came to replace it with the recommended Lenox unit as planned. It took them 8 hours to redo the ducting for upstairs and installation of new units

I work a lot on my classic Mustang in the garage and wanted a air conditioning system that would cool me down without breaking the bank. I talked to a several AC companies but went with Oak Point Heating and Air. I talked with Staci who recommended a Mini Spilt system they sell. The price was fantastic and the mechanic who installed the system was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a top notch job. Staci was excellent not only was she very pleasant but very knowledgeable about their products. She also followed up to make sure I was satisfied customer. Honestly, I give this experience a rock solid 10. The AC system itself exceeded my expectations and cools the garage to a comfortable level with very minimal energy bill increase.
Eric and Stacy are great! Not only did they provide emergency support for after hours. They came out a few days later to refill our refrigerant when our air stopped blowing cold. Stacy was super friendly over the phone and Eric provided A++ service at affordable rate! He made sure everything was working properly before he left and was able to get the issue resolved quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone!
I spoke w/ Staci at the office when I called. She as friendly, professional, & helpful. She told me that she would be contacting a service person & they would be by my house this morning, within 30 minutes! Eric arrived right away & diagnosed the problem quickly while explaining the steps to me. The motor was replaced. I opted to get the service agreement due to cost incentive/value. Eric was able to do the entire maintainence service also while he was here. He gave me some advice regarding a new system when the time comes for us. He was professional & thorough. I would highly recommend this company.
