Office Assistant – Oak Point HVAC

Oak Point HVAC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Assistant to support our growing team. This position is in office ONLY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for service appointments and inspections
  • Manage Marketing Leads to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with technicians
  • Assist with contract preparation and documentation management
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Support inventory control and order processing
  • General administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and email management

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in North Dallas’ HVAC industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with HVAC terminology and systems is a plus

HVAC Technician & Installer- Oak Point HVAC

Oak Point HVAC is looking for an experienced, certified HVAC Technician to join our team. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and ownership of personal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system operation and maintenance
  • Complete accurate service reports and documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
  • Valid HVAC certification
  • EPA certification
  • Own set of professional-grade tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
